Lynn is a beautiful City just 10 Miles north of Boston on the Atlantic Ocean.  It’s the 9th largest City in the State and offers a wonderful mix of living lifestyles.  Be it the suburban setting of Ward 1, Fay Estates, Victory Village or any number of other neighborhoods, or the water front living on either Flax or Sluice Ponds, or the ocean front living of The Diamond District, Lynn is one of the very few cities that close to Boston that offers it all.  Downtown Lynn has Loft style living and excellent restaurants, as well as quality concerts at Lynn Auditorium.  There are regular sporting events at Manning Field & Frazier Field and Lynn offers a large of amount of quality outdoor space including: many parks, playgrounds and boat ramps, including  Barkland Dog Park,  Lynn & Nahant Beach Reservation, Red Rocks Park on Lynnshore Drive, High Rock Park Tower & Observatory  and the jewel of the City is The Lynn Woods Reserevation.  It was founded in 1881 and is the second largest municipal park in the United States.  It is a 2,200 acre municipal forest park designed by Frederick Law Olmsted that provides over 30 miles of scenic trails for hiking, running, horseback riding, mountain biking (not allowed during the winter), cross-country skiing, and nature walks.  Three active reservoirs provide pretty pond-like scenery among natural forestland, as well as clean water for the City of Lynn (Lynn has GREAT drinking water). Dungeon Rock is a well-loved underground tunnel with a history of pirate lore and treasure seekers. The Rose Garden, Houghton Horticultural Garden, and Amphitheater areas provide more formal settings to explore.
